The Pursuit of Perfection

For 60 years we have been perfecting our recipe. All this time has meant we now have, what we think is the perfect batter. This closely guarded secret is the base to all our Sweet & Savoury Crêpes giving Crêpe & Co that distinct taste we have come to adore.
This isn't the end of our pursuit for perfection. With this 60 years we have also mastered the art of making the perfect crêpe. These skills have been passed down and extended to our amazing staff members, delivering you  perfection in every plate.
Our goal is to keep these traditions and make some of our own. We are doing this by combining fresh and exciting ingredients in our crêpes, keeping our menu modern and stimulating while making our classic dishes the way we always have.

Cafe Culture
The formation of culture around coffee and coffeehouses dates back to 14th century. Coffeehouses in Western Europe and the Eastern Mediterranean were traditionally social hubs, as well as artistic and intellectual centres. Elements of today's coffeehouses (slower paced gourmet service, tastefully decorated environments, or social outlets such as open mic nights) have their origins in early coffeehouses, and continue to form part of the concept of coffee culture.
